 Earnest Picott came to
PeacePartners in April of 2008 and is Regional Director of Business Development. He has over fifteen years of sales and marketing experience in the publishing, business news, and online
training industries. His experience has allowed him consultant positions with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and City of Los Angeles World Airports.
Earnest became a Christian Minister in 2002, and leads a weekly life group of over twenty-five men focusing on implementing life change through strategic discipleship training.
The men have named the group "Iron Sharpen Iron" which means as they establish relationships that include trust, accountability, love and prayer, they will be sharper people with
a desire to share this technique with others they care about.
What Earnest likes most about PeaceBuilders is that he can see how children learn the PeaceBuilders Principles and become leaders of character change in the world. The second
greatest component about PeaceBuilders is that the staff is second to none regarding their passion for children, teachers/leaders and parents. It's a great place to work; you
can't help but smile every day.
Earnest's hobbies include playing golf, listening to jazz music, cooking healthy dishes, and studying the bible. He loves traveling to the Caribbean islands, Baja coast and
cities with great food and fashion.
Earnest's favorite peace quote reminds him that every person will be challenged with stressful situations, but their ability to remain steadfast and focused on their faith
will see them through.

"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy."
