Successful implementation of PeaceBuilders requires adult role-modeling, regular use of the common language including saying the pledge daily, and generous use of praise and acknowledgment for good deeds.
There is another important factor in successful implementation that should not be overlooked or underestimated: numerous visual cues of PeaceBuilding on site. |

| At Clover Flat / Jacumba Elementary Compact School in San Diego County, they have made sure that every room, large or small, displays a poster or bulletin board that cues PeaceBuilders. |
